Congolese man duped in E-Creator scheme

H-Metro Reporter

A CONGOLESE national, Nepa Amissi, was also duped in the E-Creator scheme and lost US$1 700 he had invested.

Amissi told H-Metro that the suspect should be answerable for stealing his hard-earned cash.

“This is a national issue; we don’t want another similar case because they advertised this initiative on national television.

“We suffered heavy losses.

“We saw it as authentic. Hatina kubuditsa mari mahara, there is a law in Zimbabwe and the culprits must be brought to book.

“We don’t want such a case again.”

He added:

“I invested US$1.7k and we need help, these suspects mustn’t be granted bail until they return our monies.  I have proof of transactions on my phone.

“Failure to pay back our monies should be met with 20 years imprisonment.

“That’s the only way we will get our justice.”
