Council receives hand sanitizers

Harare City Council has received hand sanitizers from Cairde Hygienics as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The Mayor, Cllr Jacob Mafume, expressed his appreciation to Cairde Hygienics for their generous donation which took place at Town House.

After receiving the donation from the company’s general manager Faith Zaranyika, Mayor Mafume noted the longstanding partnership with the company that began during the Covid-19 pandemic.

He emphasised the City of Harare’s ongoing commitment to promoting community well-being and hygiene.

The mayor also announced that the donated sanitisers would be distributed to orphanages, schools, the less privileged, and homes for the elderly
