COVID-19: Cases rise to 10

Zimbabwe now has 10 confirmed positive cases of Covid-19. The 10th patient is a female 24-year-old Harare resident who arrived from the United Kingdom two weeks ago.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Service Mr Nick Mangwana has confirmed the latest development on his twitter handle.

The local rapid response team visited her home after receiving an alert to assess the family and samples were taken for Covid-19 testing.

She is clinically stable and under self-isolation at home.
