adminKhaya Moyo who is leading a party delegation currently visiting China, said: “On 1 July 2011, The Communist Party of China turns 90 years of age. Zanu-PF would like to congratulate the CPC on attaining this milestone celebration.
“The CPC had gone through a lot of transformation focused on the people of the People’s Republic of China in terms of unity, peace, development and in all terms of solidarity with other developing countries in the world.
“We are therefore joining you in celebrating these 90 years of tremendous success,” he said.
Ambassador Khaya Moyo said under the leadership of CPC, China had transformed into one of the greatest world economies after it overtook Japan last year to become the second largest economy.
“We are very confident that under the leadership of the CPC, China will soon occupy the number one slot in the world economy.
“The greatest strength of the CPC over the 90 years has probably been its ability to anchor the nation’s transformation process on people’s requirements,” Ambassador Khaya Moyo said.
He said Zanu-PF considered the CPC as a dependable ally and highly valued this relationship based on principles and dignity of man.
