The trio of Cremer, Vitori and Williams suffered injuries during their preparations which means Zimbabwe have now a squad of 14 players which the coach said is still fine.
Vitori has stitches on his finger while Williams suffered a harmstring injury and Cremer has a leg injury and are all out of the squad.
Zimbabwe XI takes on Australia A this morning at the Harare Country Club in a three-day encounter.
“Our practice yesterday was good, we have been in camp for eight weeks and the team have been training so hard.
“We have three players injured but that will not affect the rest of the team because we still have 14 other players.
“The team is ready and looking forward to our match, we know Australia are a good team but we are going to give it our best shot,” said Waller.
While the Zimbabwe team were having their last training session yesterday at Harare Sports Club, the Australians were also busy at the Country Club where they said they had a good practise session.
