Cry the beloved teacher

When you eat your bread do you ever think of the oven which turned it from a mixture of ingredients into a loaf?  When the cars like the Benz S Class and the VW Amarok fly down the highway do the drivers ever spare a thought for the slow caterpillars that worked long hours to create the road out of a bush?Mr Munhu cannot afford to buy a car. Mrs Dube knows all about food and nutrition but her children do not get a balanced diet.
Mr Moyo can tell you everything about the best agriculture standards but his fields are poor because he does not have enough money to buy seed and fertiliser.

Mrs Choto is a fashion guru but her wardrobe is rather pathetic as she must make do with her five good suits.
They are our teachers, toiling every day to pass on knowledge and shape the stars of tomorrow.
Yes, we are all born with a talent.

But without a teacher it would be a waste.
Even Gareth Bale would not be the most expensive footballer in the world without coaches.
I have seen caterpillars rolling in the bush, pushing boulders, slicing mountains to make roads, I had marvelled at this piece of excellence.
I have looked at the company directors, CEOs, managers, MPs and wondered if they know that it was the teacher who made them what they are today.

Let us take care of the caterpillar so that we always have a way to get ahead. Let the teachers be saluted with reasonable payment.
