POLICE in Bulawayo have arrested a Njube resident after allegedly recovering two five-litre containers of dagga hidden under a bed at a house in the suburb.
The arrest followed a tip-off received by police on October 1 at around 5pm that drugs were being sold at the house.
Bulawayo provincial police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Thandekile Ndlovu said police acted on the information and raided the house, where they found Chelsea Xoli Nkomo.
A search of the premises allegedly led to the discovery of the two five-litre containers of dagga hidden under a bed in the bedroom.
Nkomo was subsequently arrested.
Asst Insp Ndlovu thanked members of the public for providing information that led to the arrest.
