Gwanda is set to come alive later this month as South African music sensation Makhadzi and Zimbabwe’s own Jah Signal headline what promises to be a show-stopping event at Phoenix Shisanyama.

The two artistes, both known for their high-energy performances and infectious dance moves, are expected to draw music and dance lovers from across Matabeleland and beyond. The gig marks one of the biggest entertainment offerings in the gold mining town in recent times.

Adding to the vibrant line-up are DJ Vic Gee, DJ Virus, DJ Skot Mangena, and event MCs Rich Flavour and Kay One, with DJ Keitho also spinning the decks on the night.
Speaking ahead of the show, DJ Keitho, who is also Phoenix Shisanyama’s head of entertainment, said preparations are in full swing.
“Makhadzi and Jah Signal are promising an electrifying performance in Gwanda town. We expect fans from places like Kezi, Beitbridge, Zvishavane and Bulawayo to join us,” he said.
Known for hosting quality entertainment experiences, Phoenix Shisanyama aims to cement its status as Gwanda’s go-to venue for live music and social gatherings.
