THE National Darts Association of Zimbabwe have continued with their preparations ahead of the fourth edition Champions of Champions tournament to be held at the end of this month.
NDAZ president Meynard Moyo yesterday said 16 teams are expected to participate in the tournament.
“The Champions of Champions tournament is something that we proposed to provinces and they were all in agreement.
“Since 2008, when I came into the office, I felt there was a need for us to have such an event. This tournament is important because that is the only way we can find the best team to represent the country at Regional Five Games,” said Moyo.
The Champions of Champions has only been running for three years. The tournament was first held in Zvishavane with more than five teams competing. This year the tournament will see 16 teams taking part.
