FORMER Highlanders coach, Pieter de Jongh has expressed his desire to return to Bosso, with the Dutchman declaring that he wants to win the title with Amahlolanyama.

De Jongh, who enjoyed success with Highlanders in just three months at the end of 2019 which included winning the Chibuku Super Cup took to social media to declare that he was ready to rejoin Highlanders, a team he dumped for FC Platinum at the end of 2019 after having promised to stay and win more trophies with Bosso.

“I am direct available and I am in Kenya and could any moment fly to Bulawayo and want to win the title with Bosso,’’ said De Jongh on Facebook.

De Jongh’s interest in coming back to Highlanders came after Bosso suffered a humiliating 2-0  defeat to Black Rhinos in their opening Castel Lager Premier Soccer League fixture at the National Sports Stadium on Saturday  in what was the worst starts for Amahlolanyama who last won the league title in 2006.

It remains to be seen if Highlanders will consider De Jongh in the event that they decide to part ways with Mandla “Lulu” Mpofu considering the way the Dutchman dumped Bosso.
