THE Dynamos duo of Jayden “JB” Barake and Nyasha Chintuli are likely to make their debut for the club this weekend if they get cleared by PSL on time.
Chintuli and Barake joined the Glamour Boys from the prison wardens, Tenax and Whawha.
Dynamos roped in Chintuli on a loan deal but Barake’s move was made permanent after settling for a two-year contract with an option to extend his stay.
But, it’s Chintuli who is more likely to make his debut in their first home game at home against Sheasham.
Barake is still on the recovery path from an injury which he suffered last week at training.
And assistant coach, Genesis Mangombe, said they were still assessing his progress.
“It’s good for us that he is now training but we are not going to make any rushed decision.
“He is not yet fully fit and we are still assessing his situation but I’m sure by Thursday we will be in a better position to make a decision,” said Mangombe.
Elie IIunga and Tinashe Makanda will be tasked to shoulder the attacking burden for the Glamour Boys should the duo remain sidelined.
Makanda was on target last weekend and he is set to get the nod on Sunday.
Mangombe emphasised the importance of having Chintuli and Barake available for selection.
“We are not sure when they will be cleared to play but having them will give us more options.
“Their return will bring more competition and that alone will help us to get more goals which is what we want,” he said.
The club’s chairman, Moses Maunganidze said he is confident that the duo’s paperwork will be completed before Friday.
