The entertainment group, which runs a number of nightclubs around Zimbabwe, appears to have called on the ‘gods’ in their latest project set to be opened tonight.
The company is set to open two new joints in Harare – Olympus Lounge and Club Zeus.
Let’s take a little detour, have you ever heard of the mystery of Olympus and Zeus, a myth of gods.
According to the legend, Olympus is a mountain range believed to be home to twelve gods and goddesses.
Zeus is the god Dyaus, who is believed to be the sender of thunder and lightning, rain, and winds, and his traditional weapon was the thunderbolt.
Located in the Harare CBD, at the NetOne building, the previous home of Club Connect, the venue is expected to be the go-to place because of its centrality.
Of late, those looking for night club action have been forced to search on the outskirts, with Borrowdale, Belgravia, Chisipite and Braeside becoming prominent directions.
H-Metro toured the night spot and the perfect combination of music and ambience, and the world-class service, will surely result in extraordinary evenings.
The interior design is a mixture of creative tech-savvy installations and bespoke modern pieces, bringing panoramic views.
“It’s a game changer, it’s going to change Harare’s nightlife. A lot of people will like the set-up as we have set it according to international standards.
“As you know, people have been going outside the city centre to look for top night clubs.
“So, we have brought it to their doorstep and set it better than those we have been seeing around town.
“We have invested a lot to bring Olympus Lounge.
“Apart from this, we are also going to have Club Zeus in the same building,” said a spokesperson.
Will patrons brave the winter and bring ‘the gods and goddesses’ of Zimbabwe to Olympus Lounge while Club Zeus?
