GOSPEL musician Devotion C has released a ten-track album titled Back to Basics which is a follow up to his debut He’s Gonna Do It For Me.
Produced by BMC at Play It On Studios BYO, the artiste has refined his singing skills and ability as the instrumentation and vocals are on point and it’s appealing.
The album has tracks namely Back to Basics, Kulokwenzakalayo, Lalingelinye Ilanga, Yiwu Musa, Bazaziqhenya Ngawe, Kumberi (Prophetic Declarations), Munhu Haasekwi, Allelujah, Songs of Zion and You Are So Good to Me.
Devotion C said it is his prayer that the album will re-ignite the first love and cause people to return to Christ.
“What inspired me to do the album is the calling to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. As Jesus instructed, we use our voice to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. Back to Basics is about those days you preached Jesus Christ with love and many souls were saved.
“The album covers faith, love, trust in God, Christ’s coming, testimony, grace, resilience, prophetic hope, worship, and Zimbabwe’s destiny under God,” said Devotion C.
