AFTER 22 years of hardship, Namibian beauty and Big Brother Africa winner Dillish Matthew is set to meet her father for the first time.
In a recent interview with Standard Group Media, Kenya, Selma Pashukeni (Dillish’s mother) acknowledged an ex-soldier, Abdi Galgayo Guyo, as her 22-year-old daughter’s father who left Namibia after his peacekeeping mission in 1990.
The father of five spoke to Standard Group on Monday, September 2, during which he revealed himself to be Dillish’s father.
Immediately, Dillish took to Twitter and denied him thinking he was an opportunist “Why is this weird dude claiming to be ?? dad! ?? dad is xSomali! Where did he fall from haaaaa,” she tweeted.
However, on two days later, Selma confirmed Guyo to be Dillish’s father through a Google hangout organised by Standard Group and even invited him for his daughter’s birthday next week.
Dillish was crowned Big Brother Africa — The Chase winner last month beating 27 contestants from different African countries. She won the grand prize of US$300 000. —NET.
