CHILL Spot frontman Arnold ‘DJ Fantan’ Kamudyariwa will have access to his kids for two weekends every month.
The Harare Civil Court granted him access to his two kids on the first and last weekend of every month.
He was barred from getting close to his ex-wife, Gamuchirai Nemukuyu, unless he comes to collect the children.
DJ Fantan revealed that he was currently paying for Gamu’s rentals, but feels uncomfortable seeing her with another man at the rented house, although the two are on separation.
They proposed a deed settlement out of court, which was given the green light by the court.
When she received summons to attend court, Gamu told H-Metro DJ Fantan was a regular visitor to her home and, therefore, had access to their kids.
“I received a summon to attend court, he is always here and on one of the days, he clashed with my lover.
“Anogara achiuya kwandiri achiti ndaunzira vana malollipop, adaro okumbira kuwana nguva neni.
“Kana achida zvebarika ngaabude pachena.
“He must give me space, and allow me to move on since he decided to divorce me for another woman.
“He is disturbing my love affair with my man and, as for the kids, check his social media pages and you will see his photographs with the kids.
“He has time to apply for the custody of children he does not want to acquire birth certificates for.”
