SOUTH Africa-based wheel spinner DJ Zandimaz is set to perform at the posh Cosmopolitan VIP Lounge tomorrow.
The Zimbabwean DJ who is expected in the country today will share the decks with the club’s resident DJs, DJ Keezy AM and DJ Teflon.
Dubbed “One Night with DJ Zandimaz”, the Emathandweni hit-maker is set to use the gig to keep in touch with her fans. Before performing at Cosmopolitan, the DJ who last performed in the city in February is set to make an appearance at The Smokehouse today.
Speaking from South Africa, DJ Zandimaz told Chronicle Showbiz that her fans should expect fireworks.
“It’ll be my first time performing at Cosmopolitan thus I promise people a show not to be missed as the set will leave many in awe. I’ll be arriving in Zimbabwe on Friday for my mother’s 60th birthday celebrations and will leave the country on Monday,” said DJ Zandimaz.
Marketing consultant for Cosmopolitan, Ntando Ndlovu from Kingstone Brand Management Agency (KBM) said: “In the spirit of bringing the best entertainers from all parts of the world, we have DJ Zandimaz coming through so people should prepare to experience her live set immense deejaying talent. It’s going to be a great night and we expect ladies to come in numbers as they usually do in supporting fellow female artistes,” said Ndlovu.
Whenever DJ Zandimaz performs, she gets positive reactions from people and her Bulawayo show is expected to be no different. – @mthabisi_mthire
