Dlamini says he was asked to audition for the new character by the “Generations” creative team.
“Generations” publicist Nyagunda Ngwenya Dlamini said his first appearance will be at the end of next month.Dlamini said viewers will come to know Scott as well-travelled and with a penchant for the opulent.

At some point he hit the bottom of the pecking order and, in desperation, returns home to find a way to maintain his luxurious lifestyle.
“This character is a cross between Kenny Kunene, Tokyo Sexwale and Prince Charles,” says Dlamini, referring to the flamboyance, business acumen and debonairness of the three.

He said that though he’ll miss his “Scandal!” character, Stan, he’s excited about playing Scott because the character has so many different facets.
“I’m looking forward to the challenge. I like a good challenge. Don’t give me something I can do easily,” he said.

Dlamini will also appear in the upcoming drama series “Rockville”, which will start in two weeks on Mzansi Magic.
“Rockville” is a drama series produced by Shona and Connie Ferguson. — Sunday World.
