After a thrilling performance in Victoria Falls, Zimdancehall artiste Dobba Don invades the Midlands province this weekend for performances in Kwekwe and Gweru.
The artiste who wowed many in the resort town last weekend performs at Arch Angel Night Club in Kwekwe tonight, in what will likely be an explosive show. He will share the stage with Kilamani, an up-and-coming Zimdancehall artiste of the Shumba Yemagitare fame and Black Identity Sounds.
From there, he will travel to Gweru to round up his Midlands gigs with a performance at Club Uptown. He will perform with Kilamani, Legion, Judah B, Magaiva, King Solomon, Shotgun and Black Identity Sounds.
His manager, DJ Tony, said Dobba Don was on a mission to prove his worth.
“Dobba Don is going to prove that he didn’t get his fans attention for no reason, something Midlands fans will only appreciate after getting a top notch performance,” said Tony.
Show promoter DJ Fidel, a well-known Zimdancehall producer said now was the time for Zimbabwe to support young talent.
“Fans in Kwekwe and Gweru should expect fireworks from all these entertainers especially Dobba Don who’s making waves in the country,” said Fidel.
