Dodo joins Township Rollers

Former Gunners coach, Dodo, joins the Botswana club from South African lower division side Dynamos on a three-year contract.
Dodo will take over as head coach of the team that will start their league campaign on 19 September.
Speaking from his new base yesterday, Dodo said it was an honour to be given a chance to coach such a big club.
“Rollers is a big club, which any coach can be happy to work for,” said Dodo.
“I am very happy to be part of the team, which is so big here in Botswana.
“It is an honour to be recognised and to be accepted and I know I have the potential so I look forward to the challenge.
“I think I will do well and I will give all my best for the team.”
Former Hwange and Motor Action striker, Magwendere, will join the club on a two-year contract.
The former national team player is expected to add depth in the team’s strike force along with countryman Witby.
Witby spent the first half of the season on CAPS United books but did not get game time.
Somerset Gobuiwng, the Township Rollers team manager, said they were well behind their new coach.
“We are happy to be associated with a coach of Dodo’s calibre and we hope he will deliver.
“We finished third this past season, having won the championship in 2005, 2010 and 2011, so we look forward to be the champions as well.
“We are very confident in the coach and looking at his history, we are well behind him.
