DOG POO DIVIDES NEIGHBOURS

A HARARE woman has been granted a peace order against neighbours she accused of throwing dog poo into her verandah.

Martha Njoromo accused her neighbours, Stock Muti and Tracy Dick, of making her life miserable.

She also accused them of throwing a dead snake into her yard.

“They own a dog, and they throw dog poo on my verandah.

“In September, they threw a dead snake into my yard,” said Martha.

Stock denied the allegations and said the snake was killed at Martha’s place.

“She is lying, the snake she is talking about was killed at her place.

“We found that our chicken run was infested with flies and my wife asked me to check.

“There we found the dead snake they had killed and thrown and we shouted at her in anger,” said Stock.

Magistrate Mandlenkosi Ndlovu ordered Stock and Tracy not to insult Martha and granted Martha the peace order.
