Dorcas Moyo takes Zimbabwe gospel music to Dubai

Zimbabwean gospel singer Dorcas Moyo will be representing the country on an international stage as she heads to the United Arab Emirates tomorrow for a performance in Dubai.

Moyo will headline the inaugural My Tribe Mother’s Day celebration, taking place from May 9 to 13, a gathering that will bring together influential African voices in faith, music, and leadership.

The multi-day event will feature a line-up of well-known personalities including Sophie Ndaba, Yadah, Spiwe Ndebele, Esther Oji, Prophettes Rita, Dr Abigail Magwenzi, Senzeni Mukonda, and Pastor Florence Chaurura. It will be hosted by Theo Zw and Ambassador Chi.

Speaking before her departure, Moyo said she is looking forward to connecting with new audiences and delivering a performance that reflects her musical and spiritual mission.
“The moment we set foot on the stage, we make sure we leave no stone unturned. We’ll give the attendees value for their money, and the Dubai show is no exception,” she said.
