KNOWLEDGE Musona finally got his chance to be included in the same line-up as Cristiano Ronaldo when the duo were named in the Saudi Professional League Team of the Week yesterday.
Musona scored a goal and provided an assist in Al Tae’s 2-2 draw against Al Adalah at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City.
Ronaldo provided both assists in his team’s 2-1 win over Al Tawoon on Friday.
It has been a good few days for Zimbabwe international footballers with Marshall Munetsi on target, in the 4-0 win over Troyes, Tino Kadewere scoring for Mallorca and Lee Ndlovu scoring for his English side Boreham Wood in a 1-1 draw with Halifax.
Munashe Garananga also made his debut for Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa Conference League in their match against Partizan Belgrade.
