DStv face Black Mambas

POLICE sides Black Mambas and ZRP Morris will be back in action today in the World Navi Northern Region Division One. Former Premiership side Black Mambas take on DStv Rangers in a rescheduled match at Old Hararians while ZRP Morris date Twalumba. The teams were lagging behind in their fixtures after they took a break while attending the Police Commissioners’ Sports Gala held last month.

The World Navi Northern Region Division One fixtures will take a break this weekend to pave way for the Yadah TV Knockout tournament quarter-finals set for this weekend.
The cup matches will see Lake Harvest taking on Mushowani at Nyamhunga on Saturday before Flame Lilly date Black Mambas at Pfupajena on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Gweru students MSU beat Chrome Stars 1-0 to take over the leadership in the Zifa Central Region Division One league.
MSU took their points tally to 42, two ahead of Chrome Stars, and three better than Whawha.

Whawha are likely to get three points from their abandoned match against Zvishavane Stars who arrived for their match without player licences. In the Southern Region, second-placed Technosphere ruthlessly hammered Mpumalanga 6-0.

Edmore Chirambadare scored all the six goals. Black Boots are leading the race on 38 points after their 3-0 demolition of New West City.
