BREAKUPS are never easy, but they can be a little bearable when you accept that life is full of surprises. However, getting dumped by someone you love is a different ball game, especially when it comes out of nowhere. It is always a painful ordeal and finding closure to allow you to move on is challenging but not impossible.
The experience can be emotionally painful, leading to feelings of sadness, confusion and sometimes self-doubt or low self-esteem in the person who has been dumped, making moving on after being dumped quite challenging.
Getting dumped out of the blue can affect your mental health, which isn’t surprising, but it doesn’t have to affect your life forever. No matter how much you loved someone, always try and respect his/her decision. This message is directed to those who start stalking someone after a breakup. You are not only disturbing the other person’s life, but halting your growth as well.
While on this, let me also remind ladies not to use love potions. Some of these dumped troublesome men, it’s not by choice, but what you did to them. Going through a certain group chat, I was touched to learn that some exes are really stalkers who can torment one for life.

In a study on breakup pain, women reported higher emotional and physical distress than men. While women are hit harder initially, they tend to recover more completely. Conversely, men never fully bounce back. This explains why some men end up doing unthinkable acts. The other thing which helps explain their actions is that when they get dumped, some often feel rejection and a loss of control. The surprise and unilateral decision by the other party can lead to significant emotional pain and a blow to self-esteem, making the recovery process more challenging.
Unfortunately, there is no one solution to healing after getting dumped and the process of dealing with heartbreak can vary for different people. There are always different reasons for breakups. For some they now see you as a nuisance, others feel you have outlived your usefulness or you will be no longer in their league! All you have to do is accept reality.
Some people kick you out of their lives because you crossed the boundary or did something they cannot ignore or forgive. The list goes on. As far as I am concerned if someone makes it clear that they are no longer interested in you, move on with your life if your conscience is clear.
Being dumped is part of life, but it helps to know why you were cut off. If for instance, a girl rejects you because you can not afford her and she prefers men who are big spenders, that is none of your business, accept it. She cannot see beyond your current state, her value orientation places material things above potential, peace of mind, financial security, spirituality, etc. You move on until you meet a girl with your kind of value orientation. I have seen people with their preferences and no one can change that. Are you going to bleach or steal just to fall within his latitude of acceptance? NEVER. You simply wait. There are many people out there who will appreciate you the way you are. One of them will come for you someday!
All you need to do is to make efforts to become a better person every day. Self-improvement increases your self-confidence and ultimately, value. There is a giant in every person. It might be hidden, but it’s there. Unearth it. It will help you to live your life on your terms and conditions. Do not let anyone make you feel less.
Always bear in mind, everyone is replaceable and there is no need to stalk someone saying if you can not have her/him, no one else will do. Life is too short to try and force love where you are not appreciated and loved more. Check I said more because I believe that in relationships, always stick to the person who loves you more.
