Harare City Council has appointed long-serving senior employee Mr Jabulani Duve as its substantive Human Capital Director.
The appointment was confirmed during the ongoing 1 953rd full council meeting.
Harare Mayor Councillor Jacob Mafume congratulated Mr Duve on his appointment, saying he deserved the position but challenged him to deliver, given the importance of the department to the local authority.
