ZIYAH MEDIA, a dynamic multimedia company based in Beitbridge, Matabeleland South, is making waves in the industry with its innovative approach to media solutions, earning excellence awards at various forums.
Founded in 2023, this young and ambitious company has already carved a name for itself, clinching the prestigious Media Company of the Year award at the recent Beitbridge Sundrive Business Awards (2025). Its managing director, Loadwell Ziyadumah, was also honoured as a sports promoter.
Mr Ziyadumah hosts the annual Ziyah Sports Tournament and is the main sponsor of Vhembe Stars Academy, a Division 2 soccer outfit in Matabeleland South. His success stems from a commitment to excellence and innovation, supported by the company’s diverse range of services, which include photography, videography, marketing, events management, live streaming and catering.
With a team of 10 professionals — four young women and six young men — Ziyah Media is rapidly establishing itself as a leading media solutions provider in Beitbridge and beyond. Mr Ziyadumah said the company has won several accolades, including Best Media of the Year at the Sundrive Business Awards and Best Media Company at the Beitbridge Business and Corporate Awards.
He emphasised their dedication to supporting Government and the President’s vision of building the nation “brick by brick” and ensuring “no place is left behind.”
“We challenge the media monopolies of Harare and Bulawayo by providing essential media services that empower the Matabeleland region. Our commitment to ensuring Beitbridge is not left behind drives us to deliver exceptional media. Winning awards every year is an honour and a motivation. In the next five years, we aim to become an international brand, and we are targeting to break into regional markets next year,” said Mr Ziyadumah.
He highlighted that the organisation has invested heavily in modern hi-tech equipment to drive its transformation into a major player in the multimedia sector. The company specialises in videography for documentaries, using high-quality microphones such as Sennheiser lapels and field recorders like the Zoom F8n for exceptional sound capture. State-of-the-art lighting equipment, including AD600 strobe lights, ensures every shot is perfectly illuminated, bringing studio-quality visuals outdoors.
“As a company, we strive to consistently provide top-notch services that exceed client expectations, innovate continuously and stay at the forefront of technology and trends in the media industry, while contributing to the development of the Matabeleland region through media education and engagement,” he emphasised.
“We thrive on fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders for mutual growth. Previously, we also received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award at the Beitbridge Corporate and People’s Choice Awards, which motivates us to do even more in our line of work.”
Ziyah Media also offers rental and setup of LED screens for events and advertising, providing high brightness and visibility. “Our screens are customisable in size and resolution,” he said.
