Dynamos on top of the league

Online Reporter—
DEFENDING champions Dynamos have shot to the top of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League after pounding more woes on Harare City in a league match at National Sports Stadium today.Former Tripple B forward Anesu Gondo scored a brace while Walter Mukanga weighed in with another goal. Nathan Ziwini had even the scores in the first half when he cancelled an early effort from Gondo. As they ascended to the top of the log, Dynamos dislodged Highlanders who were held by stubborn Hwange in what was a top of the table scrabble at BF while ZPC Kariba maintained their unbeaten run after holding Buffaloes at Sakubva. On Saturday, CAPS United had crashed to a 2-1 defeat at Mandava while Black Rhinos eased pressure in their camp by beating Moses Chunga’s Chiredzi at Rimuka.

The teams in the league will now brace for mid-week matches with Dynamos playing Chapungu while Highlanders meet Chicken Inn in a Bulawayo derby.
