These monsters, disguised as fathers, have been on the loose for some time now.
Some have been arrested and convicted while others are yet to face the full wrath of the law.
Sadly, there are some spouses who have been concealing these acts to save their marriages. This shocking trend of men abusing their children is totally unacceptable.
Fathers should lead by example by protecting their children and spouses against all forms of abuse. We can’t let this trend continue like this.
A real father should provide all the protection his kids need in life.
An exemplary father should also be there for his children all the time.
However, it’s sad to note that we have fathers who kill, rape and torture their children for juju-related rituals.
These cases seem to be on the increase with each passing day.
On Monday, we ran a spine-chilling story involving a Kadoma man, who shocked his wife, after repeatedly raping his three minor children.
He committed the offences for suspected ritual purposes. The rogue dad has since skipped the border for South Africa where he is living in hiding.
Unlike most wives, who conceal such matters, the Kadoma mother chose to lift the lid on this outrageous act. She now wants her husband to be arrested. The woman is really affected by the condition of the victims.
She is yet to come to terms with her husband’s shocking shenanigans.
The abuse is believed to have started a long time back when the kids were still at kindergarten.
The Kadoma man’s conduct should be roundly condemned and an example has to be set by the courts of law. We can’t afford to let these monsters and sex predators continue violating children’s rights.
These men should be arrested together with the sangomas who advise them to commit such offences for ritual purposes. Men should also learn to work hard and avoid shortcuts in life.
People should learn to be innovative and shun easy riches.
Easy riches acquired through ritual activities come with a fair share of problems. People are made to perform wicked stuff after acquiring their wealth through such rituals.
As we have indicated in our previous editions, men should always shun rituals.
As a progressive nation, we need to work hard and enjoy the fruits of our sweat. Enjoying the fruits of your sweat, with a clear conscience, is quite refreshing. We should never abuse our children and wives for ritual purposes.
This trend should come to an end as innocent kids are dying in silence as a result of this abuse they encounter.
Victims of juju-related rituals need counselling, protection as well as love for them to heal.
