Mr Moyo said that the full implementation of the Global Political Agreement and Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) policies would be key to holding free and fair elections.
“GPA provisions and the ZEC policies must be fully implemented if Zimbabwe is serious with making the forth coming elections a success.”
Mr Moyo said the public has the right to all information, registration and place of voting.
“There must be zero tolerance to violence, intimidation and harassment of opponents.”
