Electric atmosphere on Today’s Woman opening [PHOTOS included]

AN electric atmosphere engulfed City Sports Centre yesterday night as the annual International Today’s Woman International Conference took off.

Pioneered by Archbishop Dr Eunor Guti of Zaoga Forward in Faith, the Today’s Woman Inter-denominational initiative aims to build spiritually, economically and socially uplifted women who can contribute towards the nation’s development.

The City Sports Centre was filled to capacity and hundreds of women had to follow proceedings from outside the venue.

Senior Pastor of New Life Covenant Church, Pastor ChiChi Bismark kick-started the three day programme as she was the main speaker of the opening night.

Pastors Santa Du Plesis and Fiona Arthurs, Apostle Mavis Gurupira, Bishops Marvelous Mhloyi and Stella Fundira among others, are expected to address the conference between today and tomorrow.

The conference is running under the theme ‘Dawn has come for Today’s Woman’.

It is running from October 22 to October 24.
