ZIM dancehall singer, Enzo Ishall, gave an electric performance at the Shining Smiles Group of School during a family fun day event on Saturday.

He performed for about an hour and a half, engaging with the crowd and singing popular tunes such as “Vakamhanya Pakarimwa” and “Raroorwa”.

Enzo even reminded the youth to stay away from drugs, declaring, “let us say no to drugs. No to drug abuse. Ukaita zvemutoriro unosvika baby ratorwa”.

“When I heard you were waiting for me to perform before you, I smiled because we are at Shining Smiles. Let us enjoy,” he said before belting tune after tune.

He gave a flawless act in a set lasting about one-and-a-half hours that kept his legion of fans on their feet and singing along to every tune he dropped.

Something that thrilled the crowd was when he paid tribute to the late Zim dancehall star Soul Jah Love by singing two of his songs, “Pamamonya Ipapo” and “Kana Ndafa”.

Ishall also took his legion of fans down memory lane by introducing the track, “Vanodherera” and the most recent one, “Raroorwa,” which was the crowd’s favourite.

He engaged with his fans more, inviting them on stage to do a lip-syncing challenge, selecting different age groups.

Enzo invited Chipo “The Trouble Maker”, who is also Shining Smiles Group of Schools ambassador on stage and declared that he was her biggest fan.

Together they sang and danced, and they were also joined on stage by Hazvinei “Dj Chilli” Sakarombe.

Enzo exited the stage with the song “Mama” and was swamped by the youthful crowd on his way to the parked car before driving off.
