Equatorial Guinea striker takes Bosso camp by storm

Fungai Muderere .
EQUATORIAL Guinea striker Manuel Esono Obiang Buale, who started training with Highlanders on Tuesday, has reportedly won the hearts of the black and white sideas technical set-up.

Even the clubas acting chairman Modern Ngwenya, who was at training when Buale reportedly mesmerised Bossoas regular players with skill and visionary play, admits that the Guinea nationalas deal with Bosso, is just a pen and paper away.

a?Buale arrived in Zimbabwe last Friday after his handlers recommended him to our coach Erol Akbay. He started training with the club on Tuesday and I must say he is a great striker. He formed a great combination with our new signing Roderick Mutuma,a? said Ngwenya.

He added: a?They (Buale and Mutuma) had a great telepathy. Everyone saw that the boy from Guinea is something else as he even went on to score three goals on his first day at training. I wouldnat be surprised to see him sign with us.a?

Buale together with Tambwe Kalunga from the Democratic Republic Congo and an unheralded Xmas Tshuma are the three forwards that are still being assessed by the Akbay-led Bosso technical bench.

Last season, Kalunga turned out for Beitbridge-based former Premier Soccer League outfit Border Strikers while young Tshuma (19) was at Mabvuku All Stars Academy in Mutare.
