Everything normal at ZACC

 

The embattled ZACC commissioners were reportedly planning to resign en-masse at a meeting planned for yesterday citing alleged persecution and lack of support from Government and President Mugabe, it was revealed.

However, speaking to The Herald yesterday the ZACC spokesperson, Dr Goodwill Shana, said no one resigned from the commission and everything was normal.
However, sources in the commission said the plan was shelved after The Herald exposed the matter yesterday. Reports also say the commission was thrown into turmoil yesterday after its chief executive Mr Ngonidzaishe Gumbo reportedly handed himself over to the police mid-morning over a case yet to be disclosed.
