THE Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Resettlement will, in the next two weeks, hand over tablets and motorcycles to extension workers in different parts of the country.

In a statement Wednesday, the Ministry said the gadgets will help the workers to diligently conduct their duties.

“Government will before the end of this month distribute satellite-linked tablets and about 1 000 motorbikes to agricultural extension workers countrywide to capacitate them to execute their duties,” the Ministry said in the statement.
