Bishop B. Manjoro Dunamis
ARE you there, stuck and trapped with the issues of life and one situation after the other; finances not balancing well?
Are your bills scampering around the house and office – unattended to? Or are relationships getting more and more crooked, twisted and complicated?
Is your health depleting day by day — waiting for just but the grave and been told “it is over”?
I have a good word for you; it’s not over until it’s over.
There is a critical key I will show you today from the word of God that can turn around any situation you are going through right now!
It’s just a matter of time — you are coming out of that predicament!
In the book of Matthew 9:27-30 we find an interesting scenario of two men who were blind.
Things were not well. Life was not to their advantage. They were in a predicament. No sight meant no work, no friends, no love, no acceptance and no room in the society.
However, when they heard about Jesus they made a deliberate decision to follow him and call out on him for help.
The first step out of your trouble is to hear the word of God and make a deliberate decision to follow Jesus and God’s word. Why many go round and round their problems in life is because they hear everything and everyone else except God and His Word.
When you hear God’s word, faith comes and it is faith that you need to turn-around any situation in your life.
The blind men cried behind him (Jesus) saying ‘thou son of David have mercy on us’ until he stopped and asked them of their situation and what they were desperate for.
Jesus asked them “Believe ye that am I able to do this?” The question was not “am I able to do it?’ But rather “do you believe that I am able to do it?” As you read this article I have a question for you write now; “do you believe that God is able to cancel that debt for you, to heal you of that tumour and sickness and to mend that relationship, life and home”? Do you believe?
If your answer is yes then rejoice, for I assure you that a miracle and a breakthrough is already knocking at your door step.
Faith moves God.
Faith can move the impossible; it is the evidence of things not seen and the substance of what you hope for.
Faith is real and tangible. Faith can change your life and circumstance.
The response of Jesus to these two blind men is very interesting.
Touching their eyes he says “According to your faith be it unto you” and their eyes were opened (Matthew 9:29).
It was their faith in Jesus that brought forth the miracle for these hopeless blind men. It is faith that can yield the miracle that you so much desire.
Are you stuck and wondering how you are going to sail through and manage a particular situation? Is your business collapsing? Are you having trouble raising your family? Are you broken inside, rejected, betrayed and overwhelmed by circumstances? I have a good word for you, According to your faith be it unto you as you desire. Stir up your faith today; say to yourself, I can do it, I can come out, I can be healed, I can be debt free, I can I can I can, like Paul said of himself, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
I challenge you today, there is a giant in you, there is a solution in you, there is an answer in you — you shall have whatsoever you say, “for verily I say unto you that whosoever shall say unto this mountain Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
What do you want? What do you have faith for? What is the cry of your heart, like those two blind men? Speak it. For faith to work, you must not be quiet or comfortable with your circumstance. You need to speak the Word of God, declare the desire of your heart! Speak it, say it! For example, begin to speak of your children, “You see my children, they are going to be Company CEO’s and big people in society, they are going to make great impact!” when you say words like these in faith, rest assured your children will be CEO’s and great people in life for the principle is you shall have whatsoever you say. And according to your faith, God is bound to do it. Have faith in God.
Take note, however, that faith can work in reverse! When you think negative and declare it with your mouths, it is exactly what you will have.
Why? The law is you shall have whatsoever you say! So many people find themselves in hurtful situations and do not realise that their careless words got them into trouble. Have faith also for big things and not just small things, God is able. I do not forget many years ago pastoring in Harare when I asked my congregation to write the desires of their hearts and bring the papers so that I would pray for them. I saw another piece of paper written “primus stove”. I wondered and called the person and asked why primus stove and not at least a two-plate or hot plate or something better since the person’s house had electricity.
The person had no reason but just reluctant to believe God for the best. I challenge you today, according to your faith; God can grant you the desire of your heart.
If you believe anything even now, and that God is able to give it to you, receive it. For with God all things are possible, Mark 10:27
