A MUTARE woman has turned her family house into a love nest as she is reported to have asked her lover to move in and stay there.

This emerged when Hazvinei Koma appeared at the Mutare Civil Court applying for $10 000 maintenance for the upkeep of two children against David Mushanya.

Mushanya expressed his reluctance to pay the maintenance, arguing that the now pregnant Koma’s new lover had moved into their family house.

“Koma is married again. She is also pregnant and staying at my house with his new lover. I am irked by her pregnancy as well as taking another man into my house.

“As for the maintenance, I can only afford $3 000 since I am not employed. I have taken another wife who is taking care of myself and our three children. In actual fact, it is my new wife who is buying us food and clothes,” said Mushanya.

In his ruling, Mutare magistrate, Mr Xavier Chipato ordered Mushanya to pay $5 000 for the upkeep of the two children from end of this month.
