A FAMILY is desperately searching for their mentally unstable relative, who was last seen wearing a blue cap branded ‘I Love Jesus,’ on May 17.

The disappearance of Walter Bondayi, 27, has left residents of Nyatsime Phase 4, Chitungwiza, in panic mode.

The community, together with his family, has been searching for him but all their efforts have been in vain so far.

His father, Donald Bondayi, said they were now desperate.

“He left home going to a nearby church, then he later returned home to collect a hat, and then he vanished.

“Since that day, he has not returned home, and I am now desperate.

“I am pleading with anyone who may have seen him or knows anything to please come forward.”

Donald said he reported the case at Hauradge Police Base Station.

“He was last seen wearing a navy-blue jersey with a buttoned collar, a protruding grey T-shirt, black trousers with reflectors, a blue cap branded ‘I Love Jesus,’ rafters, and white stockings.

“He is usually seen collecting or holding a plastic bottle and may at times throw objects, but he cannot say his name,” said the father.

Anyone with information can contact him on +263 77 703 7942, +263 77 343 4969, or +263 78 538 1316, or report to the nearest police station.
