FC Hunters in PSL

FC Hunters are the 2025 ZIFA Pacific Eastern Region Division One League champions and accordingly earn a ticket to play in the top flight league next season.

The latest development gives the town of Marondera its first ever Premiership team since the country’s independence in 1980.

Their promotion comes after dismissing rivals Tenax FC 2-1 in a penultimate league encounter played at Rudhaka Stadium in Marondera today.

Prior to today’s encounter the two teams were separated by two points and today’s FC Hunter’s triuphm leave them with the unassailable five points lead at the summit of the table going into the last round of league fixtures next weekend.
