The Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services has invited journalists to submit entries for the 2027 Southern African Development Community (SADC) Media Awards, with a submission deadline of February 26, 2027.
The competition seeks work focusing on SADC regional integration across four categories: photojournalism, print, television and radio journalism.
In its call for entries, the ministry said journalists should submit their work together with completed official entry forms to its offices on the first floor of Munhumutapa Building in Harare.
The entries will be forwarded to the SADC Secretariat in Gaborone.
Competition rules, guidelines, prescribed entry forms and other relevant information are available on the SADC website, www.sadc.int.
The ministry encouraged journalists across all media platforms to participate, saying the competition offers an opportunity to showcase excellence in journalism and contribute to regional integration and development.
