FC PLATINUM TEEN STAR ‘COMMITS SUICIDE’: Perfector poison horror rocks FC Platinum

B-Metro Reporter

FC PLATINUM has been plunged into mourning after their promising Under-19 star, Perfector Shoko, tragically died yesterday morning, reportedly after consuming poison. He was just 17.

The heartbreaking incident comes barely three months after the club lost midfield maestro Brian Banda in a fatal car accident, leaving the platinum miners reeling from yet another devastating blow.

Club spokesperson Chido Chizondo confirmed the tragedy but kept details under wraps.
“Yes it is true, we have lost our Under-19 player, Perfector. That is all we can say for now,” said Chizondo.

Sources close to the family revealed that Perfector allegedly drank poison on Thursday. He was discovered in distress and rushed to hospital but sadly succumbed on Friday morning.

Perfector was the younger brother of FC Platinum first-team midfielder, Polyester Shoko, making the loss even more personal for the club and the Shoko family.

The talented teen was seen as one of the club’s future stars, with fans and teammates describing him as humble, hardworking and destined for greatness.

A grief-stricken source said, “This is just too much for the team and the family. First Brian Banda, now this. It’s heartbreaking.”

Details surrounding Perfector’s burial and funeral arrangements will be announced by the club in due course.
