FELI OFF TO TOGO

SONGBIRD and fashionista, Feli Nandi, has left for Togo where she is set to showcase her talent as a designer.

Speaking to H-Metro, Nandi said her love for fashion has been taking her places.

“I am going to Togo to represent Zimbabwe as a fashionista.

“Being a Fashionista has opened so many doors for me.

“I now have a showroom with employees.”

She added: “I also get to meet a lot of people and, of course, hope to create synergies with other designers.”

Asked how she managed to get her work noticed in Togo, she said:

“A delegation approached me and told me how they were seeing my work on social media and wanted to help me reach other parts of the world. I will be showcasing our ‘Marokwe’ with models from Togo.”

The fashionista is confident this opportunity will open doors for her.

“I feel overwhelmed; l cannot believe it. It feels like a dream.”

She said she was grateful as both her music and fashion careers were taking her around the world.

“With my clothing brand, this is the first time I am going to showcase my work in a different country.

“With music, I have been to the United Kingdom and South Africa,” she told H-Metro.
