Female “cop” accused of inciting football violence

AN alleged female cop in Bulawayo has been accused of trying to instigate fans into causing violence at a football match held in the city recently.

The allegedcop was recorded insulting a referee during a female soccer match two Saturdays ago. However, law-abiding citizens did not pay heed to her felonious calls for violence and instead meted a citizens arrest on her, chanting the popular Highlanders Football Club slogan “Asifuni Bumbulu”.

The cop, whose name this rumour-monger has, is said to have since been disciplined and will likely not show face at any soccer match anytime soon.
