As the festive season approaches, house music enthusiasts are gearing up to celebrate with the much-anticipated Garden of House event.

Scheduled for Saturday at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre (ZIEC) main arena, the event will kick off at midday.

A talented lineup of DJs will take turns entertaining the crowd, including DJ Jay, Umlungu Omnyama, DatBoi Fresh, Just Drey, Zulu Da House Maniac, Kotwane Hikwa, X, Ash T, Ngu Stafa Lo, DJ Briz, ZetFactor, and Slimza Wa Africa.

In an interview, DJ Slimza expressed his excitement for the event, emphasising its growing popularity.
“Garden of House has developed an amazing audience over the last two years. I’m certain every DJ who plays house music would be thrilled to perform for such a large gathering of house music lovers. This means it’s an event where DJs know they have to bring their A-game to the party,” he said.
Zulu Da House Maniac added, “People are going to surely be blown away – it’s going to be pure eargasm. I’ll be dropping some exclusives from local and international artistes.”

The Garden of House event has cultivated a loyal following, with previous editions proving to be successful. As always, the event is open to attendees who are 21 years and older.

Organisers yesterday announced that advance tickets have already sold out. Attendees who have not purchased tickets in advance will be able to buy them at the gate for $15.

The entry policy regarding cooler boxes has also been clarified. Attendees are welcome to bring cooler boxes, but they must adhere to specific guidelines.
“The cooler box should contain one bottle and a case of beers or ciders. An additional charge of $5 will apply for extra bottles,” organisers stated.
