Final NetOne series tourney tees off

The tournament has a total purse of US$25 000 and will see the professionals and the amateurs battling for honours.
The annual tournament is expected to have a field of 43 professional golfers. Professional golfers will hardly get the chance to rest after coming from the Lowveld Pro-Am at Hippo Valley and Triangle Golf Clubs.

Borrowdale Brooke will host to the prestigious tournament that has been running for 12 years.
Ignatius Mketekete’s dominance on the local scene will be put to test once again.

Mketekete is in good form and will be one to beat.

The golfer will face competition from Robson Saurombe, Tongoona Charamba, Lyford Yadyo and Phillip Tshuma, among several others.
The Zambezi Tour committee member Celestine Gadzikwa said they were happy with the way the tournaments have gone this year.
