First RBZ Governor succumbs to Covid-19

ZIMBABWE’S first black Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor Dr Kombo James Moyana has succumbed to Covid-19.
He was 78.
His sister, Mrs Victoria Maramba, confirmed that Dr Moyana who hails from Chipinge and was at the helm of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe between 1983 and 1993, died at a Harare hospital last night.
