Speaking over the experience, Celo Fitness director, Blessing “Marcelo” Chisango, said fitness is something to emulate.

“The experience is something all fitness trainers need.

“We met different coaches from Africa who were invited to the festival.

“There were many workouts such as Zumba dance, Epic, function and power box.

“It was an exchange programme and we enjoyed the experience since it was our first time.

“We are hoping to host them in return next year.

“It was a successful event and we continue to raise the country’s flag high.

“We were supposed to go with a large number of participants but resources would not permit,” he said. Celo Fitness has been calling for healthy living through fitness.

The team also does different activities to raise awareness on health issues.

“The invitation to South Africa is a sign that we are in the right direction.

“We have been running different campaigns as well as helping men fight prostate cancer, testicular and suicide.

“We are engaging with other trainers as well as Government and NGOs to promote synergies to maximise awareness and avoid duplication of efforts.

“We also hold breast cancer awareness and donate to vulnerable members of society.”
