Flame Lily confident

NEWLY-PROMOTED Flame Lily believe they have enough in their arsenal to serve them well in their debut season in the Premier Soccer League. Coach Nesbert Saruchera said he was content with the quality of the men in his team.

“I think we have a balanced team that has both experience and young talent, so we will not offload many of them,” said Saruchera.

“There are several experienced players whom we have faith in and I believe we can manage with them.

“We have had trials, but we were looking for players Under-25 mainly and the trials were successful. We have players like Brighton Chandisaita and Gift Phiri who have Premiership experience and I hope they can help stabilise the team.”
