Alexander Matlari of Bad-Wuer, Germany won the event after scoring 68 and 75 for 143.
The event is held every year and attracts top golfers in the order of merit. It can lure up to 700 golfers from all over the world.
Smith, who came in to replace Bret Krog, who turned 18 before the event started, had a bad day in office scoring 81 and 78 for a total 159.
The players had the chance to play alongside some of the world’s best junior players.
