LUCKY football enthusiasts in Bulawayo are set to get free tickets to witness the Chibuku Super Cup final to be held at Barbourfields Stadium this coming Sunday.

Bulawayo Chiefs and Herentals will battle it out in the final of the country’s most prestigious club competition.

The Premier Soccer League will be dishing away tickets to fans around the city during the roadshows being held in conjunction with the tournament sponsors, Delta Beverages, starting to day. Roadshows will run  up to Saturday and lucky winners will receive tickets to the match.

Kudzai Bare, the PSL spokesperson said fans should be on the lookout for the roadshows coming to their areas.

“We’ve set aside tickets for the Chibuku Super Cup final match which lucky fans will win during the road shows. There will be roadshows in the different residential areas in the city starting on Monday. Besides giving away tickets during roadshows, we will also be running online promotional shows where we will reward some fans who get our quizzes right with free access to the final. So, fans should brace for an exciting week and follow us on our social media platforms so that they don’t miss out,” said Bare.

The PSL slashed gate charges for the Chibuku Super Cup final to just US$1 the rest of the ground and US$2 for VIP .

Reduction of the gate charges which is likely to draw a big crowd, is an early Christmas present for football enthusiasts.

Besides reducing gate charges and embarking on roadshows, the final will see rhumba giant crowd puller Clement Magwaza providing entertainment before and during the match at Barbourfields Stadium alongside internationally acclaimed dance group Iyasa and Macrey Super Sounds – @ZililoR
