Nzenza who was a director in the ministry.
Ms Nzenza, who was the official spokesperson for the ministry, died yesterday at Parirenyatwa Hospital. She was 52.
In a statement yesterday, acting foreign affairs secretary, Mr Raphael Faranisi, said the ministry had been robbed of an experienced, hardwor-king cadre. “The entire ministry is in great shock by this tragic loss. As her family is mourning, the ministry prays that they find solace in the knowledge that we are with them during this very difficult period in their lives. We will always cherish fond memories of an energetic, hardworking and affable colleague whose demise leaves a big dent in our ministry,” he said.
Ms Nzenza joined the ministry in 1983 as an administrative officer and worked at many of Zimbabwe’s foreign missions until she was reca-lled in 2005. At the time of her death she had been assigned to work at the Zimbabwean Embassy in South Africa as minister plenipotentiary.
